My name is Nicole, creator and founder of Align by Nicole Renee. I have a deep passion for women, mamas, and mamas-to-be. If you’re on your healing journey or you’re unsure where to begin, this is the space for you.
For years and years, I’ve experienced first hand what it’s like to be superwoman all of the time. Constantly giving and doing for others and falling short on what I was giving and doing for myself. Exhaustion doesn’t even come close to describe what I was feeling. When I finally took some time to myself, focusing on my desires and needs, I found peace. Don’t get me wrong, peace isn’t in my grasps 24/7 but I aspire to be within it’s reach daily. I had to understand that healing isn’t linear and some days are tough but I always remember to keep going, offer myself grace, and restart as often as I need to.
Align by Nicole Renee was inspired by all the women who are ready to journey within and evolve into their highest selves. Sis, it’s time to take care of you!
